## The Fuel Saver 7000-MPG http://www.fuelconcepts.com/
Call Toll Free ;1-888-502-4888 ; 1-216-916-7377 International Orders
Reported Gas Mileage Increases as high as 57%
Simply Put, Here’s How It Works:
– Liquid gas enters the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG through a fuel delivery line marked in “Rose Color” in the sketch.
– The liquid gas and light emissions from the engine are vaporized through a 3-Stage “cold vaporizing vacuum system”.
– The vapor gas (Combination of gasoline vapor and light emissions vapor) in the sketch is injected directly back into the intake manifold through the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (P.C.V.) line.
– The liquid gas going to the fuel injectors is decreased to compensate for the added vapor gas produced from the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG. (The oxygen sensor detects the added vapor and sends a voltage signal to the computer. The computer(PCM) is pre-designed by the auto manufacturers to maintain a14.7 parts air to 1 part gasoline VAPOR ratio and instantly reduces the flow of liquid gasoline to the injectors to compensate for the added vapor by the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG into the engine. Your vehicle is still producing the same gas vapor to air ratio as before, only now you are vaporizing your fuelmore efficiently, thus producing better gas mileage more horse power and cleaner emissions!
How We Stack Up To Our Competitors ; Here are the 5 major differences between us and our competitors.
# First and foremost, the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG operateson a VERY SAFE patented 3-stage cold vapor air bleed system as compared to our competitors’ single stage units, some of which require dangerous external heat sources to vaporize the fuel.
# Secondly, the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG has a “Tamper Resistant Cap” (in compliance with Federal EPA anti-tampering laws) that prevents tampering of the Vapor Control Module once the Vapor Control Module is set. To the best of our knowledge no single stage unit is compliant. By selling or installing a noncompliant unit, one may be subject to a $25,000 fine by the EPA AND/OR face possible criminal charges for each violation.
# The Fuel Saver 7000-MPG blockhead is a sturdy ALL METAL DESIGN constructed of aircraft quality T6 aluminum, whereas some single stage units have a glass or plastic jar attached which could be a serious safety hazard if broken.
# The Fuel Saver 7000-MPG does not include a Sludge Chamber. Tests have shown the Sludge Chamber on the single stage units has no effect on improved gas mileage. Instead, the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG has a spun aluminum “Secondary Vaporizer Chamber” on the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG. This insures maximum gasoline vaporization and eliminates other hidden charges such as electronic solenoid shut off valves that need frequent replacement.
# The Fuel Saver 7000-MPG does not require an additional$60.00 Shraider Solenoid Valve due to Fuel Concepts patented “Secondary Vaporizer Chamber” which encapsulates excess gas from fuel line back pressure and reintroduces it in your engine as vapor.
Fuel Concepts has had many reported gas mileage increases between 15% to 57%.The average gas mileage boost for vehicles using the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG is over 30% on the highway. The results you achieve may vary depending upon driving conditions and styles of driving.
… Actually, several methods of extracting hydrogen from water have been around for more than 50 years. Many of these inventions used simple DC current as a means to separate the Hydrogen atom from water to be used as FREE FUEL. … Imagine a world getting all it’s energy needs from WATER!Is could solve a vast majority of the world’s economic problems.
… Where Are AllOf These High Mileage Inventions At Today? Consider the fact that oil companies backed a young inventor named ” Henry Ford” in the early 1930’s (out of the goodness of their heart I’m sure). http://www.fuelconcepts.com/secrets.htm
It might lead one to speculate that BIG Oil was THE reason Charles Pogue’s 205 MPG carburetor was never implemented on Ford’s original “Model A” as Ford had planned, (news of the Pogue Carburetor caused oil stock prices to plummet) and the reason today that thousands of other patented high mileage inventions haven’t made it to market either.
With huge profits on gasoline and current oil revenues of over 1 BILLION dollars a day, it is no wonder the oil companies don’t want this kind of technology available to the general public.
Fro The FAQs: http://www.fuelconcepts.com/faq.html
– How Does The Fuel Saver 7000-MPG Work?
Answer: Since engines run on vapor gas instead of liquid gas, the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG injects vapor gas into the engine then your vehicle cuts back on the liquid gas running through the present fuel system. On Carbureted Vehicles: The accelerator doesn’t need to be pushed down as far to get you down the road. On Fuel Injected Vehicles: The computer will compensate for the added vapor. For more information see Fuel Concepts How It Works page.
– Will This Void My Vehicle Warranty?
Answer: The Magnuson – Moss Act was passed by congress in regards to retro- fit devices. This act states, in effect, that anything added to your vehicle that does not harm the engine or transmission will not void the warranty. Local garages may not be familiar with this law so check with them.
– Why Do I Need 5′ Of Hose?
Answer: Through rigorous testing we have found that if the vapor out hose is less than 5′ it will start reducing the mileage that the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG will give you.
– What If I Can’t or Don’t Have A P.C.V Valve To Hook To?
Answer: The Fuel Saver 7000-MPG has been installed on many engines without P.C.V valves with great success including but not limited to, farm equipment, boats, airplanes, muscle cars, generators, etc. To install the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG on these types of engines follow the directions below….
1) Run the 5′ vapor hose to a vacuum port on the intake manifold. This may be in the base of the carburetor, or you may need to drill and tap the manifold to fit a barb nipple. It does not necessarily need to be centered in the intake manifold.
2) Filter the fresh air entering the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG. This can be done by running a hose from the nipple on the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG, to a fabricated nipple in the air breather, or see Option 4)
3) Adjust the incoming air. Do this by installing a 1/8″ Pipe valve, in the line, in step 2, or see Option 4). Leave this wide open unless you experience surging of the engine. In such a case close it until performance is optimized and there is still a swirling effect on the gas in the clear tube. (We don’t want the gas just laying in the clear tube while the engine running).
Option 4) The P.C.V in nipple on the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG can be removed and replaced by a 1/8″ street valve, NAPA #6824 and the fitted with a small filter NAPA #3046.
– Are Any Parts Breakable?
Answer: Since the Fuel Saver 7000-MPG is a very sturdy all metal design with no moving parts, it is highly unlikely that any of the parts will break.

## 2004, Lin; Kuo Chang (Taichung City, TW); Chen; Chau Hwe (Taichung City, TW), USP 6,732,678. Apparatus and method for reproducing energy.
Abstract : An apparatus and method for reproducing energy in an engine driving system, the driving system has an engine with several cylinders and an cooling device connected to the engine, the cooling device has at least one water tank for outputting cooling water to the engine and inputting heated cooling water from the engine. A separator chamber connected to the engine and the water tank. When the heated water flows into the separator chamber from the engine, part of the heated water is decomposed into oxygen and hydrogen. The oxygen and hydrogen is delivered to the water tank from the separator chamber. A storage chamber store the oxygen and hydrogen from the water tank and deliver them to the cylinders of the engine as a reproduced fuel in order to enhance combustion and reduce the emitting of the exhaust of the engine.
TECHNICAL FIELD
This invention relates generally to an apparatus and method for reproducing energy, in particular, to enhance combustion in an engine driving system by delivering oxygen and hydrogen into the cylinders of the engine.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In general, with fuels used in internal combustion engines, external combustion engines, and other combustion apparatus, exhaust gases are generated by combustion to release various types of noxious chemical substances into the atmosphere, thus causing an environmental pollution. These noxious chemical substances include, for example, CO, HC, NOx, and SOx. Heretofore, to suppress generation of such noxious chemical substances, fuel combustion efficiency has been improved by improving the quality of fuels used or by improving various combustion devices. In addition, the exhaust gases released have been treated by a variety of exhaust gas removing devices using catalysts to prevent pollution. However, such prior art methods have been insufficient to reduce pollutive substances, and the improvement of fuel quality has been difficult in view of the costs. To overcome the defects, recently, the industry intends to use fuel activation devices to enhance combustion and reduce harmful gases.
In the U.S. Pat. Nos. 4,605,498, 4,711,271, 5,055,189, 5,044,346, 5,080,080, 5,460,144, 5,632,254 and 5,873,353, magnetic field effect or far infrared ray is used to activate fuel to decompose the fuel molecule and therefore enhance combustion and reduce the harmful gases.
Combustion includes fuel, hydrogen in the fuel and oxygen in the air. Activating fuel only improves-one element of combustion. Fuels like gasoline are composed mainly of carbon-hydrogen chemical compound with different molecule structures. The main elements of the compounds are carbon and hydrogen. The fuels, which contain high percentage of hydrogen usually, are easily ignited to produce power. Carbon and hydrogen are active elements. They can easily combine with oxygen and then blaze. Therefore if we can provide sufficient air (oxygen is about 20% of air), the combustion of the fuels will be efficient and less harmful gas will be produced. Adding more hydrogen and into combustion equipments like engines can reduce the consumption of fuels and adding oxygen can help the hydrogen both in the fuel and in the air burn and avoid the combine of carbon and hydrogen since usually carbon and hydrogen will combine as harmful gases.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
There are following advantages of adding extra oxygen and hydrogen into the combustion devices like engines: 1. Adding extra hydrogen into an engine can efficiently increase igniting energy and the engine can output more power to related mechanism. If the engine is used in automobiles, the power of the automobiles are increased; 2. Adding extra oxygen can help fuels flame more efficiently. If the engine is used in automobiles, the automobiles will reduce the emitting of exhaust. It’s good for the environments; and 3. If we don’t consider raising the power of the engine, the extra oxygen and hydrogen can reduce the consumption of fuels like gasoline since the hydrogen is a flammable material. If the engine is used in automobiles, the user can save the fee of fuel.
The temperature inside the water tank 21 is high enough to produce more hydrogen and oxygen.

## W. Gunnerman, Engines that run on water? http://www.himacresearch.com/docs/gunn2.htm
By Otis Port, Business week, 08/09/94, 20% Water + 5% Emulsifier+ 80% oil
Rudolf W. Gunnerman has a tiger by the tail–the Exxon tiger. If the technology that the 66-year-old inventor has spent $6 million and the past seven years developing lives up to his claims, cars and trucks could one day be running on a fraction of the gasoline and diesel fuel they now use. Ditto for buses, planes, trains, and anything else powered by an internal-combustion engine–from lawn mowers to huge electrical generators.
Gunnerman claims to have a technology that enables engines to burn a mixture of half fuel, half water. Yes, water. What’s more, he says, the mixture gets 40% better mileage from the gasoline it contains and emits significantly less pollution because engines run cooler. In particular, tailpipes emit virtually no nitrogen oxides –the principal source of smog.
Sound crazy? Maybe, but Caterpillar Inc. is so intrigued that in early July it formed a joint venture with A-55 LP, Gunnerman’s tiny, nine- person company in Reno, Nev. A-55 is short for aqueous 55%, the amount of water by weight in the patented fuels. But the key ingredient is 0.5% of a secret emulsifier that enables fuel and water to mix–and stay mixed. Gunnerman financed his work with royalties from other patents, especially th ose covering the making of pellets for woodstoves.
Gunnerman believes the water gets broken down into hydrogen and oxygen, and the hydrogen contributes energy to the combustion process. That’s because there is one additional trick in h is patented process: A small piece of nickel must be attached to the crown of each piston or the top of the cylinder heads. The nickel seems to act as a catalyst in `dissociating’ the water, says Gunnerman.
Hogwash, says David B. Kittelson, a mechanical engineering professor at the University of Minnesota. Researchers have been burning 50%- water fuels since the 1940s, and “there’s this myth that you’re burning the water.” Actually, he says, the water j ust allows the engine to run hotter and not melt. World War II bombers wouldn’t have been able to get off the runway without their water-injection turbochargers.
In Minnesota, Gregory Felt, chief operations engineer for the state’ s Transportation Dept., admits he was “the biggest skeptic around”. So he asked Gunnerman’s team for a live demo: Mix up a fresh batch with local tap water and diesel fuel. When the blend was used to fire up a model 453 engine from Detroit Diesel Inc., “it had the cleanest exhaust I’ve ever seen coming out of a diesel”, says Felt. “If it really does what it seems, this is big.”How big? “If this proves out, it could reduce the U.S. trade deficit by almost half, by eliminating the need to import oil,” says John D. Peters, who tracks emerging transportation technology for Minnesota.
Gunnerman’s next project: a fuel that would eliminate gasoline altogether. He calls it “X fuel.” It’s a mix of naphtha and water. Naphtha comes out of the process of refining oil earlier than gasoline, so it costs 50% less. It ‘s enough to send the Exxon tiger into a tizzy.

## – AQUEOUS FUELS, extracted from ENERGY INDEPENDENCE IN SIX YEARS http://community-2.webtv.net/SmogBuster/ENERGYINDEPENDENCE/
Since the late 1970’s, Mr. Ratte’ has known about aqueous fuels, which are either deisel fuel or gasoline mixed 1 to 1 with water and a special surfactant.
The surfactant is a special borax soap that combines the water and fuel so they cannot separate.
The aqueous deisel fuel is being used in the large diesel engines that power a ferry boats which has gone back and forth between San Francisco and Oakland, California several times a day for a number of years.

## New hydraulic hybrid trucks roll off, June 21, 2006, By DAVID HAMMER Associated Press Writer:
WASHINGTON (AP) — Recognize that familiar United Parcel Service (UPS) truck with the trademark brown paint job? Look twice. The government released its model Wednesday, replete with a new hybrid hydraulic system built for the Environmental Protection Agency by Cleveland-based Eaton Corp.
The new system replaces a truck’s transmission with hydraulics and that, combined with a low-emission diesel engine, yields a 60 percent to 70 percent saving on fuel use.
The EPA estimates it will take UPS less than three years to recover the $7,000 cost of outfitting each of its trucks with the new hydraulic system by saving money on fuel and reducing brake wear.
“You’d be surprised how it drives because it makes no noise,” he said. “You wouldn’t think it would have the power for a truck this size.”
Atlanta-based UPS partnered with the EPA; Eaton; International Truck and Engine Corp., UPS’ largest supplier; and the Army in February 2005 to develop a green fleet of low-emissions vehicles. Eaton started working with EPA in 2001 to develop the hydraulics. It’s already provided a similar system for the Army, which is watching the UPS tests to see if it can use the technology to increase by half the fuel economy in its Humvees.

## Condensator ®US Patent # 4,370,971, $ 199.95 : http://www.condensator.com
Removal of binding deposits, and prevention of carbon buildup, lead to reduced maintenance costs and extended engine life! Sludge and metal contaminants found in the blow-by negatively impact important engine parts: fuel injectors are clogged, carbon is deposited on valves and spark plugs and behind piston rings.
– Will the Condensator void my new car warranty? No!In order for a car manufacturer to void a warranty, they have to show that the device has or will do damage to the engine of the vehicle. The Condensator in over 15 years of operation has never been shown to do anything to your engine except enhance its performance…
– I have electronic ignition and carbon doesn’t form on my spark plugs. How will the Condensator help my engine? Although spark plugs do not carbon up as much as with electronic ignition, carbon still builds on back of valves and behind piston rings. The Condensator will reduce blow-by contaminants, thus turning your ignition into a more effective system…
– After installation of the Condensator, can I take other emission control devices off of my engine? No!Law requires that you not tamper with existing smog control devices installed by the manufacturer. The Condensator may reduce your emissions up to 95% when installed properly…
– Will the Condensator give me better gas mileage? Yes!The Condensator was originally designed to reduce the carbon build-up in the internal combustion engine, the gas mileage will be increased if the unit is installed and maintained properly and the carburetor is adjusted in conjunction with the Condensator…
– When I shut the engine off, it keeps running and making noise. Will the Condensator eliminate this? Yes!What you have is referred to as “dieseling”, generally caused by heavy carbon build-up in the combustion chamber. This is formed by contaminants passing through the P.C.V. system. The Condensator eliminates up to 95% of the contaminants. The engine will dissipate most of the existing carbon, therefore, eliminating problems of dieseling, if not, idle RPM is too high…
